Thank you for all well wishing messages to the Club, Coaches, Officials and Players since the Earthquake / Tsunami disaster happened in Japan on Friday, 11 Mar 2011.
This disaster has wrecked many homes and claimed many lives. The official death toll is likely to rise in days to come, with concerns about residual earthquakes and nuclear scare casting a long dark shadow.
It is indeed a testing time for our players and coaches in Singapore while their thoughts are with their families and friends in Japan.
Despite this, the Club would like to assure our fans, supporters and well-wishers that our Players and Coaches would continue to give their 100% effort for tonight's S.League game against Home Utd at Bishan Stadium, with the kickoff scheduled at 7.30 pm.
To mark our respect to the events in Japan, our players would be wearing black armband for this game and we would like to thank the S.League for agreeing to our request to have a minute's silence before the kickoff.
Please continue your support for Albirex Niigata FC Singapore.
Thank you.
