What is luluto Pilates

luluto Pilates is a personal studio brand specializing in machine Pilates, developed based on the expertise of licensed physiotherapists. It offers one-on-one training tailored to each individual's physical condition and goals. With guidance grounded in anatomy and kinesiology, the program helps clients achieve noticeable improvements in posture, flexibility, and pain prevention or relief in a short period of time.

In addition to its presence in Japan, luluto Pilates currently operates four studios in Singapore and is actively expanding into other countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, continuing its growth as a global brand.
