Report of 2002 Brazilian World Cup Winner Edmilson's Football Clinic (1st session)

2002 Brazilian World Cup Winner Edmilson conducted a Football Clinic for 100 boys and girls from Albirex Singapore Soccer School on 30 Sep (Saturday) 3pm to 430pm at Jurong East Stadium.

The 100 participants wore yellow jerseys, blue shorts and white socks, similar to Brazil National Football Team colours, during the clinic.

The field was divided into 9 separate areas for the different age groups. Different sized balls such as size 1 balls, and different sized goalposts were used so that the appropriate age groups could get the maximum learning during the clinic

The boys and girls played football enthusiastically under the watchful eyes of Edmilson and his coaches, who were quick to correct their mistakes and teach them the proper drills.

A group photo was taken after the clinic and long queue was formed to get Edmilson's autograph.
